Paid Leave The duration of the main leave cannot be less than 24 calendar days (annual leave can be divided into two parts, while one part should be at least 14 calendar days). Sick leave is paid at 80% for the first 12 days and then paid in full after that (paid by Social Protection Fund).
Termination Employers can terminate for a variety of reasons and must pay a prorated salary and unused leave.
